Spongebob Squarepants has been a staple in millions of households all over the world. With such diverse characters and fun storylines to follow, we had a ton of fun interpreting a ride for Sandy Cheeks!

Modeled after Sandy’s rocket, Sandy’s Blasting Bronco needed to incorporate elements that related to her character as well as the tech/sophisticated side of her personality.

We incorporated elements of western ropes and horseshoes, tech holding shapes with armored plating and whimsical type treatments to help bring this ride to life! After several sketches and coloring options, we landed on a winner!

The final result became a really explosive and fun branding piece that “blasts” park guests right into the experience!

Okay, now who doesn’t dream of venturing through Olmec’s Temple Challenge to reach that Golden monkey Idol?!

Well we certainly dove into the idea and had so much fun with the adventure-themed logo for the Legends of the Hidden Temple Challenge course!

The goal for this particular branding segment was to capture the essence of the already established Legends brand, while creating a fresh, new perspective of the property that related to the massive obstacle course inside the theme park.

Utilizing elements of jungle-inspired trees, wood planks, temple shapes and Olmec himself, we landed on a fun, adventurous logo that welcomes all challengers who dare to complete the course!

Now this was a smash hit! Thinking outside the box, far out into space actually, was a necessary task for this energy-driven logo!

Jimmy Neutron’s Atom Smasher called for a lot of action with elements of space and science to help capture the theme of the brand as well as the fast-paced nature of the ride.

We set out to incorporate atoms, action bursts, dynamic type treatments and forced perspectives to accelerate the look and feel of the logo.

The final result exudes fun, bright, whimsical and action-packed themes, much like the adventures that Jimmy Neutron goes on himself!

Alright, we’re getting gnarly on this one. Imagine a skateboard halfpipe that’s 10 times bigger than a typical one…now strap several people to a giant skateboard to ride it!

That was what we were dealing with when it came time to put this logo into action. The idea was clear, take the ever-popular Fairly Odd Parents brand and reimagine a logo that incorporated elements of the show and skateboarding.

Well we landed our tricks because the ride logo resulted in a super fun and whimsical piece that captured elements of the brand and the ride itself.

The fun exploding callouts, the board and wheels, the halfpipe and Timmy’s hat all helped to bring this branding segment to life that lets the riders know just what they’re getting themselves into!

Who is everyone’s favorite T-Rex? No it’s not Barney… We’re talking about Reptar of course!

As one of Nickelodeon’s classic shows, Rugrats captures the little adventures of Tommy Pickle and his friends. To fit with the theme of the show, we were asked to create a logo for their carousel ride, Reptar Go-Round!

Utilizing elements of Reptar’s character, we incorporated his tail, back spikes and even him chomping on the type at one point!

The final brand segment was toned down just a bit, but still retained the fun and playful qualities of both the character and the show.

And honestly, who can resist that bright green T-Rex goodness??

Now, this wouldn’t be a Nickelodeon theme park without…SLIME.

We got our hands ready for the slime as we began to tackle this face-paced ride logo called, Slime Streak. The signature bright green slime color was an absolute must, followed by drips flying off the letterforms.

The theme for this logo was simple, make it fast and make it slimey! So we did just that.

The final logo was built out in 3D and set in front of a giant streak of, well, slime! We had so much fun coming up with concepts for what the proper look and feel of the logo of this ride could be and we are extremely happy with the final result!

As far as slime goes, this is the only way we prefer to get our hands on it!

Freefall anyone? Who wouldn’t dream of being lifted up high onto the same level as skyscrapers to check out that beautiful view of the city…only to then plummet extremely fast down to the ground!

All safely done of course, Skyline Scream is a traditional free falling ride that scares the bejesus out of its guests, while keeping a sense of fun and playfulness with its use of character-driven themes.

While our final logo didn’t make the cut for the ride, one of our initial sketch concepts did! Utilizing dynamic type and elements of the city, we wanted to capture the idea of what this ride puts you though, falling!

As just a hint of falling action was incorporated into the holding shape of the type, it’s enough to give guests a sense of what’s on the horizon, and it’s exhilarating!
